                                       THE DEATH BEFORE THE RESURRECTION

Who am i to speak of death or most importantly resurrection, if i haven’t had my fair share of it? Oh well, I’m a resurrected soul who broke loose from the shackles of death sometime ago. I don’t wish to bore you with the tale of my own death and resurrection but rather to speak from the perception of it.

Death is something most people fear and despise greatly, only few are bold to accept its reality and look forward to it, very few if you ask me!
I won’t be talking of the physical death today but rather the DEATH OF THE SOUL. Pardon me if this sounds creepy, but you my dear friend should know from this day henceforth that death is a beautiful thing, for only through death comes resurrection, and do we find that world unseen.
So many souls are rotten and filled with things that have dimmed them. Darkness now seems so comforting, sorrow has become their best friend, pain is nothing much to bare. So many lives have become miserable from holding on to their past, insecurities, hopelessness, failure, labels and so many other happenings that has put them in their dying phase. Sadly, they’ve accepted these things and in a way they see it as a form of LIFE SUPPORT.

Speaking of life support, many people are plugged to their misery and feel it’s better to survive on it than to let go to a world they’re uncertain of. Death scares them, the thought of it makes them shiver. They know not of the life after death so they’ll rather hold on to that life support and keep dying.
Stop dying, instead accept death and put an end to that rotten soul totally. No, don’t try to clear out the maggots only, because new ones will always breed out again as long as the soul remains rotten. Clearing out the entire rotten soul automatically clears out the maggots too.

As said earlier, only through death comes resurrection, and do we find the world unseen. You can’t possibly wish for a new life while still existing in the old. You can’t possibly wish for the pain to go away when you’ve laid it as the foundation of your soul and built your life around it. You have to let go, you have to unplug yourself from that life support and accept death, you have to uproot that foundation and grow new roots.
But!!!!!!!! Don’t stay dead, don’t rest in its bosom, and don’t try hanging in there. It’s not yours to claim, it’s just a passage you have to pass through. Many boldly accepted death, but got stuck in it because they weren’t aware of the light at the end of the tunnel, and that’s why you’ll notice that although these people have let go of the things that used to hold them down, but still their new life has no essence.

RESURRECTION on the other hand is what makes DEATH worth it. It’s the most beautiful thing a once dying soul could ever imagine, it’s the spring up of a new life, a new soul, and it’s the total healing itself. A resurrected soul lays its foundation on clarity, thereby giving room for self-discovery and serenity!
So here goes my friendly advice to you, I want you to build depth on these words because they come from my once dead, but now resurrected soul. Here it goes……………….

LET GO. UNPLUG YOURSELF FROM THAT FILTHY MISERY. ACCEPT DEATH BUT DON’T GET STUCK. KEEP GOING THROUGH THE TUNNEL TILL YOU COME ACROSS THE LIGHT. KEEP GOING. KEEP GOING. DON’T STOP. WHEN YOU FIND THE LIGHT, LET IT BECOME YOUR REALITY. WALK, BREATHE, EXIST IN IT. BUT MOST IMPORTANTLY, BE IT. YOU ARE THE LIGHT……..
YES, THAT RESURRECTION YOU WERE SEARCHING FOR WAS YOU AFTERALL! SO NO MATTER WHAT, FIND YOU. NO MATTER WHAT, RESURRECT!!
